The Canadian Red Cross manages certificates; you can expect to receive yours in about two weeks.
Cardio-Respiratory-Resuscitation
Level A course is learning the technique of CPR for adults.

Level B is learning the technique of CPR for adults, children and babies for one first aid worker, specific to child care.

Level C is learning the technique of CPR for adults, children and babies for one and two first aid workers.

The HEALTHCARE PROVIDER level is learning the technique of CPR for adults, children, babies for one and two first aid workers and learning more specialized techniques, such as the use of bag-valve mask, etc.
Classes usually begin at 8: 30 am.
With the exception of training instructors and some training for professionals only, initial courses do not require any prerequisites. CAUTION: recertifications require that the current certificate is still valid.
To validate training you must:

  • Be present at all training classes
  • Get at least 75% on the final written exam
  • Possess good technical knowledge and the ability to use it
